2.3.3.3 Ultra-Large Font (#U)

The Ultra-Large Font command changes the size of text fonts from default 30 rows by 80 columns to 12 rows by 40 columns. This font size is useful for small display sizes and for people with low visual acquity. Do not use this command in Graphics mode; use the %A command instead.

If a previous testlist used graphics mode, then the workstation will need to be rebooted to remove the graphics driver: #U will not work with an installed graphics driver.

There is no command to return the font back to normal size within the testlist. Only when the testlist ends will the font will return to the default size.

If you are at the cogsh# prompt, you can type big to get large fonts immediately. Then you will need to use the run command, and not the GUI file chooser, because the file chooser will not work in big mode. Type small at the cogsh# prompt once the testlist is over to return to normal-sized font.
